・The particle size of STD (standard) types are different according to each element.
・The oxides of La and Nd have high moisture absorbency and it is difficult to make them into fine particles.
　Instead of the above, we propose hydroxides.
・The △ means that there is no trial production so far.
・Sc is available in STD type of about 7-13 µm and fine powder type of about 0.5 µm.
